Milli is a Director and Dramaturg. She is a Literary Associate at The Royal Court Theatre, and a Director on The Old Vic 12. She was Trainee Director at The Royal Court, Associate Artist at The Bush Theatre, Resident Assistant Director at Birmingham Rep and Creative Associate at The Gate Theatre. Her training includes The National Theatre's Director’s programme.
Her work as Director includes Olivier nominated seven methods of killing kylie jenner by Jasmine Lee-Jones (Royal Court), Dismantle This Room by Nina Segal(Bush/Royal Court), My White Best Friend and other letters left unsaid (Bunker/Royal Court), Half Full by Yasmin Joseph (Royal Court/RWCMD), and The Hijabi Monologues (Bush).
Upcoming work includes the return of seven methods of killing kylie jenner (Royal Court/Touring), Living Newspaper (Royal Court), home(body) or The Tall Story by Jasmine Lee-Jones (Young Vic), Jineologi by Nessah Muthy (Old Vic/Shoreditch Town Hall) and Ghosts In The Blood by Joel Tan (Audible).
