Biography

Sophie is a well-known actress and talented writer for screen and stage. 

Her debut play, Sophie Wu Is Minging, and Looks Like She's Dead, premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and transferred to the Soho Theatre to rave reviews. She was part of the Bush Theatre’s new writing programme and was commissioned to write a new full length play, Ramona Tells Jim. It was produced in 2017 and is published by Nick Hern Books.

For TV her projects include an original drama for SKY with Roughcut and a comedy for the BBC.
