Will is one half of Grindrod Burton Casting, and is the casting director of the Olivier award winning shows In the Heights, Matilda and Jesus Christ Superstar.

Most recently Will was the Ensemble Casting Director for Netflix’s Matilda Musical adaptation and has just been appointed as the McOnie Company Casting Director.
