Madame Badobedah wins Parents' Choice Gold Award

Madame Badobedah by Sophie Dahl has won a Parents' Choice Gold Medal, their highest recommendation for a quality book for children. Established in 1978, Parents' Choice Awards is the United States' oldest non-profit program created to recognise quality children's toys and media.

The book is a timeless and imaginative story following the unlikely friendship between a plucky little girl and the mysterious new guest at her parents' seaside hotel: Madame Badobedah. It is beautifully illustrated by Lauren O'Hara.
