The RTS Programme Award nominations 2021

The Royal Television Society has announced its nominations for 2021 which sees a host of Curtis Brown clients (and their shows) shortlisted in the following categories: 

Best Actor (Male) - Paul Mescal in Normal People (BBC Three).

Comedy Performance (Female) - Gbemisola Ikumelo in Famalam (BBC Three).

Comedy Performance (Male) - O-T Fagbenle in MAXXX (Channel 4).

Breakthrough and Writer-Comedy Award - Mae Martin and writer Joe Hampson for Feel Good (Channel 4 and Netflix).

Arts and Presenter's Award - Grayson's Art Club with Grayson Perry. (Channel 4).

Daytime Programme - Loose Women with Brenda Edwards (ITV).

Best Drama Series - I Hate Suzie starring Billie Piper, produced by Andrea Dewsbery. Save Me Too directed by Jim Loach. (Both SKY Atlantic).

Entertainment - Beat the Chaser's with Bradley Walsh (ITV). 

Scripted Comedy - Sex Education directed and Exec Produced by Ben Taylor (Netflix). 

Single Drama - Elizabeth is Missing written by Andrea Gibb and Sitting in Limbo directed by Stella Corradi. (Both BBC 1).

The awards will be presented on Tuesday 16th March at 6.30pm and live streamed on The RTS website.
