Our congratulations to Emily Kaiser Thelin, who won the Literary Food Writing award for 2018 with her title Unforgettable: The Bold Flavors of Paula Wolfert's Renegade Life, published in October 2017. Yotam Ottolenghi said of Unforgettable: "All recipes are, in some way, an exploration of the link between food and memory.
