ASSISTANT - TALENT DEPARTMENT

We’re looking for an organised and confident assistant to join our Talent Department. You must have previous experience of working in a busy office, this is a fast-paced, exciting environment and you need to be able to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure. We need someone sensible with excellent communication skills who knows when and how to use their tact and discretion!

You’ll be working alongside a Senior Assistant helping to support the busy office of two of our most senior Talent Agents. One is also CEO of Curtis Brown, so this role includes additional duties and confidential work involving liaising with other senior managers and directors.   This role requires a high level of attention to detail and we expect excellent administrative and multi-tasking skills. Candidates should be happy to work as part of a small close-knit team. An assistant is the first point of call for the office, so first impressions count - our ideal candidate is personable and engaged. For the right person, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn and develop, to gain an overview of the industry and to make relationships for the future.
