SJ Clarkson co-created and directed the opening block of the acclaimed series Mistresses which has been picked up by Lifetime in the US; she also worked extensively on the BAFTA and International Emmy Award winning show Life on Mars. In 2008 SJ shot the 3 part original drama Whitechapel for Carnival/ITV about a modern day Jack the Ripper which starred Rupert Penry-Jones and Phil Daniels.
Recently SJ has been working in the US where she directed two blocks of the hit NBC show Heroes and a block of the award winning show Dexter starring Michael C Hall, as well as a block of Ugly Betty.
