Akemnji won the BAFTA for Breakthrough Talent at the 2019 Craft Awards. He is the producer of hit BBC sketch show FAMALAM and also writes sketches, performs in the show and composes all the music. He can most recently be seen in new Hulu comedy-drama SHRILL opposite Aidy Bryant.
