Writer for television
Anthony MacMurray is a BAFTA- winning comedy writer for television. He created the original Channel 4 Comedy Lab The Last Chancers, which was developed into a five-part series for E4 and a two-parter for Channel 4, and has since been commissioned by BBC2 and BBC3, as well as penning a sitcom pilot that was picked up by Hartswood Films for development. He currently has projects in development with Channel X and Bwark Productions.

Anthony co-created and co-wrote Give Out Girls, an original half-hour comedy series for Big Talk, broadcast on Comedy Central in 2014.  

Anthony has written numerous episodes of CBBC's BAFTA-winning So Awkward, including the episode that won the BAFTA for best comedy in 2018. He also script-edited six episodes, worked as script polisher for the show from series 2 onward and wrote five episodes for the spin-off series, Still So Awkward.
