Coline Pierré was born in 1987 and lives in Nantes. An author, she mainly publishes novels and picture books for children and young readers with Editions du Rouergue, l’École des Loisirs, Poulpe Fictions, Flammarion, La Plage, Mango, and more. 

Her adult debut literary novel, Pourquoi Pas la Viea semi-fictional work about the life of the poetess Sylvia Plath, will be published by Editions de l’Iconoclaste in 2022.

With other artists, she produces readings, notably musicals and animations, where she reads texts that she puts to music. With writer Martin Page, she also created Monstrograph, a publishing laboratory. She additionally facilitates workshops on writing and on putting text to voice.
