Client Care Manager – Translation Rights (Books) Department
(Part-time, 3 days a week)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail oriented and efficient Manager to join the Translation Rights / Book Department on a 3-day week part-time basis. You will be working with the Books, Translation Rights, Legal, and Accounts Departments to ensure the highest level of client service. 

We are looking for a books enthusiast with brilliant record-keeping and confidence in establishing and implementing new systems; competency and confidence with data entry; skilled in working with numbers; highly organised with excellent time management and strategic prioritisation skills; and a positive contributor to the whole department.

Experience working in an accounts department in an office environment would be ideal, and experience working in a related industry would be beneficial, although not essential.

This role is currently based on a hybrid working pattern which involves a mix of working from home and from our central London offices. This is envisaged to continue in the medium term but is subject to ongoing review.

Receptionist, Front of House (Maternity Leave Cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to provide maternity cover on a fixed term basis, joining our Front of House team. This role involves greeting visitors at Reception, ensuring cover for the company’s main switchboard and a variety of administrative duties. These duties are shared between both Receptionists.

Our ideal candidate will have some previous experience in this role, preferably within the creative or arts industries. You will be well organised, with the ability to work under pressure and an articulate communicator.

Salary Range: from £25,000 to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
